TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing our Tasting Membership, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.

I understand that this is one-year commitment with a total wine cost of $898.  This is exclusive of any taxes and shipping costs that vary by state and will apply to the three separate shipments.  I understand that my wine will be billed to my credit card 1-2 weeks prior to shipment and that charges will vary with each shipment.  I understand that this is a one-year commitment and agree to remain a member for the duration of a year from when I initially sign up.  I will keep Ceritas informed of any changes to my shipping address, email address, and credit card information.  I acknowledge that I am at least 21 years of age and have the legal ability to engage in a a contract in the State of California.
